Order FAQ
1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and checkout securely using our payment options.
2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at contactservice.imara@gmail.com. Changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets, including Apple Pay.
4. Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! At checkout, you can specify a different shipping address. Add a note to your order, and we’ll include it for the recipient.
1. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygienic purposes. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect please email us at: contactservice.imara@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
2. How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at contactservice.imara@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.
3. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
4. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contactservice.imara@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
